Last weekend a friend invited me out to go on a whale watching tour with her since she is a huge fan of Orca Whales (they are a member of the dolphin family actually).  The trip enabled us to see the Puget Sound from a different view, even if you’ve been on Washington State Ferrys.  We zig-zagged through the Sound to the Salish Sea.  While along the Salish Sea we were confronted with the Olympic Mountains in the distance with burst of sunlight hitting them.  There is a lot to be said about what clouds can offer where pure sunlight can not.
